How It Works

    Once you receive an order, package the product and deliver it promptly to the company for inspection.

💰 Seller Terms & Commission

Welcome to Zahraa Mart! Please read the agreement carefully. By proceeding and uploading products on our platform, you agree to the following terms:

To keep your shop active and enjoy all platform benefits:

  • A **₦5,000 monthly subscription fee** is charged to maintain your seller account. There is a 7-day free trial for new sellers.

1. Subscription & Commission

  • Sellers are required to pay a monthly subscription fee to list and sell products on the platform, as stated clearly on your seller dashboard.
  • A **15% commission** will be deducted from every product sold through Zahraa Mart.

2. Order Fulfillment Schedule

  • Sellers are required to send all sold products to Zahraa Mart every Friday.
  • All weekly sales must be packaged, labeled, and sent to us via delivery service by Friday.

3. Delivery to Zahraa Mart

  • Zahraa Mart covers the delivery cost for products sent from sellers to us.
  • Sellers must ensure that all items sent are in good condition, properly packaged, and accurately match the description on the platform.

4. Payment to Sellers

  • Once products are received, inspected, and confirmed to meet quality standards, Zahraa Mart will release the payment to the seller, minus the 15% commission.
  • Payments to sellers are processed within 1 to 2 business days after inspection.

5. Returns and Product Issues

  • If a product fails the inspection (wrong item, poor quality, defective), the seller will be notified to retrieve the product or arrange an exchange at their own cost.

6. Communication with Customers

  • All customer communication is handled by Zahraa Team.
